Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
The Kaezen digital video packs are sold by MAISON DIGITAL, a company registered in France under SIRET 938 088 036 00018 (VAT no. FR16 938088036), with its registered office at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France. You can reach us at hello@kaezen.club for any question about a purchase or these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell digital video clip packs and related bonus assets (color LUT files, PDFs, text notes) for use in short-form video content. All listings are published on our Gumroad storefront at kaezen.gumroad.com. The kaezen.club website is a showcase; it does not process payments directly.
3. How purchases work
All payments, delivery, invoicing, and tax handling are processed by Gumroad, Inc., our payment and delivery partner. By placing an order you also accept Gumroad's Terms of Use. Files are delivered immediately after checkout via your Gumroad library and a download link sent to your email.
4. License
When you buy a Kaezen pack, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the files for personal and commercial projects. This includes use on your own social media accounts, client deliverables, paid advertising, and other commercial work.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw clip files, LUT files, or PDF as a standalone asset;
- Make the files available for download by third parties (free or paid);
- Include the files in any product or template intended for resale, including stock libraries, NFT projects, or AI training datasets.
Editing the clips, adding music, color-grading them, or recutting them as part of your finished video content is exactly what they're for — that's fine.
5. Refunds
Because the products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once the delivery email has been sent. This is stated on every product page before purchase and re-stated on Gumroad's checkout. If a file is corrupted, missing, or unplayable, reply to your delivery email and we will fix it the same day at no charge.
6. Intellectual property
All Kaezen clips, LUTs, PDFs, and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of MAISON DIGITAL (or our licensors, where applicable). The license described in section 4 grants you usage rights, not ownership.
7. Limitation of liability
The Kaezen packs are provided "as is," without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by French law, MAISON DIGITAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory French and EU consumer protection law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page for at least thirty days after they take effect.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to consumer-protection rules that may give consumers the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
